Magical Water Painting Pen is very easy to use
STEP 1: Draw the desired design using a coloured water pen on a bowl or spoon made of mirror, glass, or ceramic.
STEP 2: Wait at least 5 seconds to dry the pattern.
STEP 3: Gently immerse it in water
STEP 4: Watch it float.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:
Order once placed can only be canceled within 4 hours from placing the order, you can write to our customer support team at support@comfortcurations.com In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged, or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at support@comfortcurations.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Comfort Curations, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
You are eligible for a full refund:
1. You received the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date or If there is any issue which can not be solved at our end.
Please note: The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
2. Under no circumstances will the cash be refunded to you. You will necessarily have to provide us your complete bank details, Google pay number, or Paytm number. Only after due verification from us and confirmation from you on email will the funds be transferred back to you. Only electronic transfer of funds are possible and any requests for cash on delivery refund will not be entertained.
During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.
