Refund Policy
We are happy to offer a 3-day return policy (with online refund for Online Payments and NEFT/Store credit for COD Payments only) for unused and unworn items that still have the tags attached.
What must you do?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youâll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@comfortcurations.com. If your return is accepted, weâll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

RETURNS & EXCHANGESÂ
We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders only if product is damaged. To return an item, please contact us and send us proof photos of products and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item. (Please note - We do not accept returns or refunds on products that are on sale)
Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.
REFUNDSÂ
Once we receive the return order we will credit the amount of that item as STORE CREDIT in your account (if you have created one) or we can do online refund via NEFT within 3-5 business days, depending on the option selected by you while placing return request. It will take 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your statement.Â
You can exchange an item purchased on www.apniaasha.com with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
To cancel an order, please send us an email at support@comfortcurations.com with your order number within 4 hours from the time order is placed. Please note orders cannot be cancelled after 4 hours has passed from the time of placing the order. You can Reach us at support@comfortcurations.com for queries in relation to refund and returns.
 We are currently not accepting any return requests for international orders.
